End User License Agreement

1. License to use

Arm Warrior grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app for personal training, analytics, and sports-related purposes.

The app is licensed, not sold. All rights in Arm Warrior, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and features, remain with Arm Warrior or its respective rights holders.

2. Platform rules

If you downloaded Arm Warrior through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you downloaded Arm Warrior through Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to Google Play rules and your Google Play account terms.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code, or bypass technical restrictions of the app except where expressly allowed by law.
• You may not use the app for illegal activity, service attacks, automated data scraping, infringement of other users' rights, or bypassing subscription restrictions.
• You may not transfer, resell, rent, or commercially distribute access to the app without written permission.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider.

You can manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription by itself.

5. Training and responsibility

Arm Warrior helps you log workouts, analyze progress, and receive recommendations, but it is not a medical service, diagnosis, or replacement for a coach, physician, or rehabilitation specialist.

You are responsible for exercising safely, choosing appropriate loads, and stopping training if you feel pain, injury, or unusual symptoms.

6. Updates and termination

We may update the app, add or change features, fix bugs, and improve security. Some features may require the current version of the app.

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate this EULA, the Conditions, platform rules, or applicable law.

7. Related documents

This EULA supplements the Arm Warrior Conditions and Privacy Policy. If documents conflict, the more specific document applies to the relevant issue.
