Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Conditions govern access to and use of the Arm Warrior mobile application, website, content, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, opening the app, or using the service, you agree to these Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Arm Warrior.

2. Account and eligibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use Arm Warrior in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Conditions.
• We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or harmful behavior.

3. Training and health disclaimer

Arm Warrior provides training logs, educational content, analytics, and recommendations. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified coach, physician, or healthcare professional.

Armwrestling and strength training involve risk of injury. You are responsible for training safely, using proper technique, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.

4. User content

• You keep ownership of content you create or upload, such as profile information, workouts, notes, photos, videos, comments, and community posts.
• You grant Arm Warrior the rights needed to host, process, display, moderate, and operate that content inside the service.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
• We may remove content or restrict features when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Conditions.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider unless stated otherwise.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Third-party services

Arm Warrior may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, payments, and app-store distribution. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Arm Warrior name, branding, interface, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials belong to Arm Warrior or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or misuse them except where allowed by law or written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Arm Warrior available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change, be paused, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arm Warrior is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by training decisions, third-party services, outages, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.
